While we do allow you to add guests to your headcount until the day of your party, we cannot always guarantee accommodations to group size. It’s important to provide an accurate headcount at the time of booking so we can ensure we are holding enough space for your group.
Due to capacity restrictions, additional guests not listed on your headcount may not be permitted to stay.
We ask that you give us a minimum of 3 weeks to plan an awesome party! That way we are able to ensure that we have the space and staff to make your birthday special!
We ask that you give us 48 hours before canceling your celebration. Anything less than 48 hours you will be charged full price. Thank you!
A maximum of 6 people may be assigned to a single lane. So, for example, if you have between 7-12 people in your group, you will receive 2 lanes. Exceptions may apply.
